Team of local real estate agents named one of best in state

Local Realtors have been recognized once again as some of the best in the industry, proven by The Magyar Team of Greenwich’s branch of William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance, which was recently named to the 2013 Real Trends Best Real Estate Agents in America. The Magyar Team was ranked 11th on the Team by Volume list for Connecticut.

In order to be considered for Real Trends Best Real Estate Agents in America, teams must have closed more than 75 closed sides or $30 million in closed sales volume. Real Trends independently ranks, collects and verifies all of the data in order to produce a completely unbiased report.

The Magyars have been a sales team in the firm’s Greenwich office for more than 19 years. They currently employ an administrative assistant, and work with eight team members.
