BMW showroom returns with new look

After a multi-million dollar renovation, BMW of Greenwich is back in action having recently hosted a grand re-opening event at the facility.

“Since 2006, when we acquired the dealership, DCH Auto Group and its visionary leaders have made it their goal to make this center an exceptional place to work and to do business,” said BMW of Greenwich General Manager Leon Lee. “These renovations will only enhance our already renowned customer-focused experience.”

The dealership, he added “will continue to be committed to providing guests exceptional customer service, offering the full luxury line of BMW vehicles paired with DCH’s renowned customer-focused experience in new auto sales, pre-owned sales, as well as service and parts operations.”

“We have received a tremendous amount of support during this renovation,” said DCH Auto Group Chairman Shau-wai Lam. “From BMW and from the town of Greenwich, but most importantly from our customers. Their trust, loyalty and endorsements have been invaluable to us and we thank them for their patronage.”

Located at 355 West Putnam Avenue, the revamping of the BMW of Greenwich showroom is part of a larger effort by DCH Auto Group to update facilities across the company’s dealerships, for the benefit of its customers and employees. Currently, DCH operates 27 dealerships in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Southern California, from San Diego to Oxnard.

BMW of Greenwich will also continue to be another focal point for DCH Auto Group’s nationally recognized teen safe driving program.

Through this program, DCH team members work with local high schools to educate teens and their parents about the dangers of distracted driving. The staff of BMW of Greenwich currently works with students from Greenwich High School.

“Car crashes continue to be the number one killer of teens in the United States,” said Mr. Lam. “We have made a commitment to minimize these tragedies. The work to save teen lives begins in local communities like Greenwich.”
