On June 15: Youth soloists to perform joint piano recital

Young talent is poised to take over the First Congregational Church of Greenwich on June 15 in a free joint piano recital at 6 p.m.

Christopher Fiore, 11, Nicholas Fiore, 13, Armstrong Park,12, and William Shabecoff, 12, all students of Misuko Ichimura, will perform a number of pieces by master composers including Piano Trio in G Major, Hob. XV: 25; Fantasie in D minor, K 397; Etudes in F Minor, Op. 25 No. 2 and plenty of others.

The recital circuit of all four soloists includes the Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall and Steinway Hall in New York City.

In addition, they periodically perform with other Ichimura Music School students at local assisted living facilities. Christopher, Nicholas and Armstrong are all students at Eastern Middle School in Riverside, and William attends Greens Farms Academy in Westport.

All are town residents.
