Brunswick golfers start season 2-0 by beating RCDS, Loomis

The Brunswick School golf team started the season with two victories on the season, beating Rye Country Day School and Loomis Chaffee School.

On Tuesday, the Bruins took to the Apawamis Club against RCDS and came away with the 215-242 aggregate score victory. Armando Olivieri was Brunswick golfer won medaled on the day.

A day later, Brunswick hit the road again and traveled to Wintobury Hill Golf Course. Different golf course, the Bruins still had the same result, beating Loomis Chaffee School, 5.5-1.5. Chris Troy was the Brunswick medalist on the day.

So far this season, Troy, along with co-captain Daniel Weld, Olivieri and Bryan Quackenbush each have two wins each. Vikram Bodas, Michael Savitt and freshman Eric Ganshaw, in his varsity debut, all notched individual match victories.
