Sotheby’s International Realty: A night of networking

Employees of Sotheby’s International Realty’s Greenwich office made some useful connections earlier this month at the Sotheby’s International Realty 2013 Winter Networking Luncheon.

The event provided a unique opportunity for sales associates from the company’s Eastern Region offices to connect, exchange ideas and forge relationships designed to help build their businesses and drive new leads to their listings.

The event was held Feb. 12 at the Metropolitan Club in New York City. Speakers included Kathy Korte, president and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc., who discussed the benefits of building business by connecting with other agents in the Sotheby’s International Realty network; Henry Howard-Sneyd, executive vice president of Sotheby’s auction, who spoke about the auction house’s recent record-breaking sales and strategic growth and Liz Bentley, a coaching expert who delivered insights about ways agents can nurture their own strengths and close more business.

“The 2011 Spring Agent Networking Event provided exceptional value to our agents both here in Greenwich and throughout the Eastern Region,” said Robert Bland, manager of Sotheby’s International Realty’s Greenwich brokerage. “The event was an opportunity for agents to join together and share collective insights and experiences as well as make new connections that can help increase their business through referrals.”
