Greenwich begins fight against West Nile Virus

In conjunction with the State and other Towns across Connecticut, the Town of Greenwich has begun the fight against West Nile Virus this month and will continue through October, 2017.

The Greenwich Historical Society and Greenwich Point Conservancy are offering a free bike tour of Greenwich Point this Sunday, June 25, at 1 p.m.

Free Tod’s Point bike tour this Sunday

The Greenwich Historical Society will lead a free bike tour of Tod’s Point in partnership with the Greenwich Point Conservancy this Sunday, June 25, from 1-2:15 p.m., as part of the annual Experience the Sound event.

Medicare issuing new cards in April 2018

In an effort to protect Medicare beneficiaries against the increasing prevalence of fraud and identify theft, CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) will issue a unique, randomly assigned Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI) to 57 million Medicare beneficiaries.

Greenwich teen is 2017 highest scholarship recipient

Aalesha Morris, member of the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich (BGCG) since age six, was selected by the BGCG Scholarship Committee as the 2017 Torch Club Scholarship recipient.
