Former Greenwich High soccer goalie Taylor Bucklin signs her National Letter of Intent to play soccer for the University of Michigan
Taylor Bucklin, a former Greenwich High School varsity girls soccer player, signed her Letter of Intent yesterday to play at University of Michigan for 2013 on a four-year athletic scholarship.
Bucklin, who holds dual citizenship, recently played on the U-17 Canadian National Women’s Team at the FIFA 2012 World Cup in Azerbajian. She also represented Canada at CONCACAFs in Guatemala in May where her team won a silver medal defeating Mexico 1-0, but ultimately losing to the United States, 1-0.
Bucklin currently resides in Brookfield and plays for CFC United as a goalkeeper.
